Golf Ball Guts began as a simple Instagram account, but has grown into a small home based business. 

I devote many hours each week to cutting, sanding and engraving your items, one-by-one. I've even gotten my wife on board, helping maintain the website, answering emails, and packaging orders. This happens primarily in the evening and on the weekends, outside of the hours of our "real" jobs. Because of this, the length of time it takes to hand-craft and ship your items can vary quite a bit, but you can always check the status by looking up your order here.  

We aim to ship orders out at least weekly. Should you need something by a specific date, please don't hesitate to mention this in your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible.

Please note that items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to an import fee charged by your local postal service upon arrival. This is outside of our control. We DO NOT charge or collect VAT on behalf of customers in the UK. These charges are the responsibility of you the buyer.

• Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days
• Xpresspost: 1-3 business days

Shipping is calculated automatically during checkout, and you will have options available to you based on how quickly you wish to receive your order, and if you would like to track your package. A rough estimate of shipping charges by location is as follows:

• Canada: 3 - 20+ USD
• United States: 4 - 20+ USD
• International: 5 - 20+ USD

We are excited to be able to offer custom laser engraving on all of our golf ball markers!

In simple terms, laser engraving will burns an image in to your golf ball marker. This leaves a recessed image, which we then fill with paint in a single color.

This is much different than screen printing or simply painting an image on to the surface of the marker, which could wear away after repeated use.

Laser engraving is best for text or simlpe logos with defined borders and no shading.

We put time and effort in to designing each marker using the submitted text and/or images, so you can expect a unique item - no two designs are alike!

Adding engraving to a marker costs $5USD per marker for one side, or $8USD per marker for both sides engraved.

 We accept .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif files. 

Golf ball markers are small, so the types of logos that reproduce best will have no shading or detailed lines. Keep in mind we are  burning an image into the marker with a laser. 

 Imagine your logo is being faxed or photocopied in black and white - if it would not come through clearly in a fax, it will not be legible when laser engraved.

For logos with multiple colors, we do our best to convert the image into a line drawing while retaining as much detail as possible. If you are unsure if your image will work, please send us an email with the image before placing your order.

Yes, we do! Bulk orders can apply to 25 or more of the same type of item in the following categories:

The items do not  need to be identical, you can select different options in the same product, and different products within the same category.

The discount does not apply to engraving fees, number request fees, or cufflink boxes.

Once you have enough items in your cart, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout:

25-49: 10% discount

50-99: 15% discount

100+: 20% discount
