Refund policy
We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything you've purchased from us! Before you request a refund, please contact us to see if we can make it right!
We do everything possible to ensure your items arrive safely, however if your item has been damaged in the mail, please include a photo of the damage in your email.
If your items are intact and unused but you have changed your mind, you may send your items back at your expense within 14 days and once the item(s) are received we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Please note that items with custom engraving or custom number requests are a final sale and not eligible for return.
